Sheffield Student Accommodation
The scheme was part of a major student accommodation development on the outskirts of Sheffield. The two story HUB building centrally located within the development included a student bar on the ground floor with conference facilities to the first.
The scope of works included: external SFS by Ayrshire Steels, internal partitions and MF ceilings by Knauf and grid suspended ceilings by Armstrong. The MF ceilings were highly detailed including curves bulkheads and lighting troughs.
As part of the development a small apartment block was built for students with families. The block comprised sixteen two bedroom flats.
The scope of works included: partitions, MF ceilings to flats, grid ceilings to corridors and dot and dab to perimeter walls.
