North Street Apartments & Offices
The main contract was the development of a brown field site in the centre of Leeds by Barr Construction. The site incorporated a four storey open plan office building and a six storey building divided up into ninety six apartments. As their subcontractor our involvement was to provide a total dry lining solution including: structural steel framing by Metsec, internal Knauf Partitions and MF ceilings, and grid suspended ceilings by Armstrong Ceilings.
